「I booked and paid for this room thru Expedia. When I checked in they needed my credit card for incidentals. When they ran it they charged me again for the room. This is the third time I’ve stayed there and it has happened everytime. I’ve spoke to the manager and it gets you no where. They take your money in an instant but when it’s their fault so they owe you back they tell you it takes 5-7 business days to be reimbursed. 「If you spill anything on the bedding you might as well take it. My husband spilled whine some got on the sheet, we were nice and let them know, so they charged us for it after washing. If I had known that I would have just took the sheet home since I was being charged for it anyway」

「Staff was very rude, I asked questions about room and host became very condescending and controlling and ultimately told me he would not honor my reservation. I am a late stage cancer patient and wanted to be sure room would be sufficiently clean just by what you could see. It was very dated and there were family hanging out everywhere… the host seemed very engaged with them more so then being hospitable to a guest. Would never stay there anyway, but I was exhausted from road trip. Over priced...

「Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol.」

Sliding door to an outside sitting area was useful especially to unwind for the evening. Minus the noise of other occupants it was a good stay overall.」
