「The plumbing had issues, as the shower valve on the shower knob was clogged and had to be tended to by the maintenance man. Also, the commodes flushed, but wouldn’t refill the water box without some manual help. Otherwise, the property, personnel and food excellent 」

「The Hideout staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The only improvement we'd like to see is a small refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. Our stays have so far only been overnight multiple times (passing through) but we hope to soon stay longer and enjoy some golf and relaxation.」

「This was a good place to stay, I would have given it 5 stars but they made me go through a pre-arrival process online and repeated the same questions, identification process and credit card taken even thought I had just completed this process earlier including the signature. They captured my credit card information online and had me take a pic of my drivers license.」

「The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
