"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Dominic at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He called me after we left to inform me I had left phone charger. I really appreciated this call. I went back by to pick up my cord and Dominic kindly assured me that I wasn’t the only person to do this. I will definitely stay here again!"

"One of the better hotels in Brownwood. Beds are comfy and the A/C works great. Hotel is quiet"

"The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. If one of us was unable to climb stairs, I would have requested to move to another floor and I am sure they would have done what they could to accommodate us. On the upside, there was literally no one else up on the 4th floor with us! The beds were comfy, the AC unit worked well, the ice machine worked just fine, so overall, I would say we had a good stay! Even with the elevator issue, I would stay here again. They can’t control when equipment malfunctions! "
