Upon arrival, check-in took a bit longer due to the implementation of a new software program, however, it did go smoothly and Alison was pleasant and helpful. Green Mountain Suites Hotel
Amazing room, very helpful staff, AC was very good, location was awesome. Free breakfast in the morning was very good with tons of options. Main Lobby has a wonderful fireplace and stone features that are a great vibe for hanging out.

Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton
The hotel is very run down. The pool keeps being advertised (even in the hotel TV's) and is permanently closed. There was no coffee machine on the third floor. The fire sprinkler started leaking water in the bathroom. Overall a TERRIBLE experience.
