「Flor coming apart bathroom was not cleaned not the best but did the job 」

「Someone Checking in after us was given a key to our room and tried to enter after we had gone to bed. Thankfully we had placed the night lock in place and they could not get in. How this could happen was not explained. Upon checkout the front desk was unaware of this issue. 」

「Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. 」

「No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
