「Arrived 2130 hours, absolutely NO staff around. After waiting 15 minutes, called the hotel. No answer. Waited 5 more minutes, called and a lady said she'd be there in 5 - 10 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later.
Was told I had not booked lodging, had to pull up email from Motels.com showing booking from January/2026. Today was March/2026.
Hotel agent had no room set aside, now began a 1.5 hour repeat of her calling, calling, calling to find someone who would swap my reservation.
2 hours 22...
