No as a matter of fact you rooms were about to see that they could be the windows were dirty the floor was very sticky but the staff and the lady make sure you will check me in was very nice and even a couple of days after that they continue to be very nice and helpful

Sraff is friendly, they have a fridge whichbis a must however they have cutely tucked away behind a drawe, theres a sitting area, and a desk which is of upmost importance to an university student, also its clean.

It is a very old property, there are bed bugs and when I got into the room there were some flies around. The only good thing about it, is the front desk lady, she is very nice.

I was there for four days. Nobody come in clean my room. I had to go down and get my own towels. It was completely unsafe people everywhere at night especially outside

The office at this place does close at 10 pm and anytime after that is a no go you cannot book from 10pm to 3pm of you need a room between 10pm and 3pm you wont be able to get a room.

This has been one of the worst motels I have booked through Expedia. We get to the motel to check in and we can't because the room wasn't clean. We had to check in at 3:30 instead of 3:00. After getting to our room we find cockroaches throughout the night and a rusty razor blade on the window seal, mindful that we have kids so that was alerting. After getting our kids ready to take a bath, there was only scolding hot water and no cold water. So our kids couldn't bathe without being scolded by water so we refrained from that. A hotel guest was playing loud music till the early morning hours and we had the worst sleep ever. In the morning we tried to do laundry but someone came into the laundry room and stopped our dryer by opening the door. So we had to use extra money to finish the drying process.

Was persuaded into giving them a shot by some of the other reviews I'd seen. I was interested in the results of them remodeling, and still do like the addition of tile floors in the rooms. More trustworthy than carpet under any condition. The overall experience was rather average, however. The room we got was clean, but definitely looked worn in. The TV was big but grainy and the lack of a hair-dryer caught me by surprise, but my husband and I are easy-going enough people. The bed was comfortable, the showers were hot, the AC control was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not to mention the convenience of the Walmart directly across the street or the fact that everything we left the room to do in town was all within about a 10 minute drive. It was apparent that they we're still doing construction in some of the neighboring rooms but we scarcely heard any of it with our excursions, whether by design or coincidence on their part, until the morning we were leaving, which was still mildly irritating, but at least to us, tolerable. Overall an average experience. We got what we paid for.

Terrible service. Nobody was in the office to check us in so I had to call maintenance and they couldn’t give me the rooms I paid for (2 non-smoking 2-bed rooms) and instead have me smoking 1-bed rooms. Incredibly unhelpful. 0/10
