「The place is amazing I highly recommend! The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming. If you live nature this is the spot for you! However, I went for my cousins wedding and I booked THE PRESIDENTIAL room since most of the brides family was going to be coming into my room for hair and makeup. We needed the extra room. 「Great location and can not say enough positives about the staff. Because it is a little dated, there has been a little setting causing all the doors to the rooms to bind and therefore, very noisy. Easy solution is to take the doors off the hinges and sand them down so they close easily without force. The noise definitely will wake you up when your neighbors are going or coming or when you are exiting. 」

「Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. 」

「The building is a beautiful and charming example of colonial Spanish architecture, complete with two enclosed "courtyards". The complimentary breakfast included eggs with choice of veggies and preparation, yogurt with copious fresh fruit and granola, a selection of fresh breads, fresh squeezed fruit juice, and choice of delicious coffee or hot chocolate.
