Es un hotel realmente muy bonito el único inconveniente es que no hay muchas cosas para niños solo la piscina que es de agua termal y los niños no pueden estar por mucho tiempo entonces si buscábamos más actividades para ellos

Excelente experiencia

La hostería como siempre ha sido un lugar excelente para visitar ya sea en familia o con la pareja, el lugar es a pocos minutos del centro de cuenca y es super tranquilo, las instalaciones son elegantes, las habitaciones muy bonitas, la limpieza y el servicio al cliente es lo que destaca en este hotel. Adicional a eso el restaurante es uno de los mejores de Cuenca, su comida es deliciosa y a buenos precios

Excelente plan

La hostería es realmente limpia, pasamos un excelente fin de semana. Nuestra habitación era amplia , confortable, nos cambiaron las toallas cuando lo solicitamos, muy limpia. Las instalaciones son hermosas, tiene jardines por todos lados. El desayuno buffet espectacular. Hay mucho para disfrutar y me encantó que tenga áreas para niños. Lo único que podrían aumentar es un lugar para cambiar pañales, ya que van muchos niños hace falta eso, por lo demás estuvo muy lindo todo.

Great stay

This is one of my go to places for rest/relaxation without venturing out. Food is great, service is always wonderful and staff is attentive to everything. Management had to drive me to Novaqua Spa, I mentioned I had the “top” man helping me, he replied “no the top person are our guests”. That’s how I always feel since staying with them in 2015 onwards.
