「Vimos agradecer ao pessoal da Granja que nos prestou grande ajuda por reativar o carro alugado que, por minha negligência, deixou a bactéria descarregada por ter o motor ligado durante a noite. Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「房間燈光暗，睇不清環境，洗手間坐廁與盥洗盆設計奇特，太窄，洗手間有很多螞蟻，好可怕，地板走路時會發出吱吱聲，吵耳。 早餐食物選擇有限，未夠標準。 桑拿房太細，淋浴間太窄，未能放鬆心情。 」

「La vila Julieta est très bien située et permet de visiter les divers lieux d’intérêts à pied. La chambre est très confortable. Le jardin est un vrai oasis en pleine ville. Déjeuner varié et délicieux. Jonah et Sonia sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons la vila à 100%!」

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」

「A charming hotel with easy access to the main area of interest. Our room was large and newly renovated with great amenities and facing onto the main tourist area. Easy access to most places of interest including the university, which we were able to explore in the evening and during the day.」

「We absolutely adored our stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel had such a lovely ambience, with beautiful little spaces to sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We truly loved our experience and would happily return!」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay with CBR Boutique Hotel. The location is very central, right next to the river and main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The themed rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast is simple but good and definitely enough to fill you up. What impressed me the most was the staff's hospitality and helpfulness, as they looked out for me and helped me recover my valuables. I am deeply grateful to them for saving my trip! Will definitely stay with them if I visit...

「There is no elevator, especially if you want to move your luggage from the first floor to the fourth floor, you have to do it yourself because there is often no one at the reception. Although there is a jacuzzi, the water is flowing out and there are unknown objects coming out. I really don't dare to enjoy it.」
