"Let me start by saying that at no point before check-in was a $200 deposit mentioned, which was already frustrating. When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and to make matters worse, there was a child’s toy left between the sheets and the cover. That is completely unacceptable. The property also advertises “no parties,” yet there were multiple rooms clearly hosting parties throughout the weekend. On top of that, room doors were left wide open all night, which is a serious safety concern. One door in particular was left open from 4 PM Friday until 10 AM Saturday. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I was told it was either housekeeping or another guest’s fault—which is not a real solution or acceptable response. To top it all off, the breakfast was terrible. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Honestly, spend the extra $100 and go to Hyatt Place—you’ll save yourself the frustration."

"The staff were nice, but will not be staying here again if I can avoid it. It was clean, but I found a bug in the bathroom the second night so that made my skin crawl. The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but housekeeping tried to barge into our room way early. "
