"Historic property is conveniently located in the business district of Williamsport, PA. The entire Hotel Staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The property is old, but clean, well maintained, and under renovation. It has a pleasant turn-of-the-century vibe, which is noteworthy now but will be even better after the renovations are completed."

"The hotel is very cute and unique!! Everything was great EXCEPT the shower. The rainfall showerhead definitely needs replaced. There was no water coming from the center of the showerhead… Please also change from shower curtains to doors (or find a way to secure the shower curtains while in use) - the curtains kept blowing inward and sticking to me (which is gross)."

"The pool was freezing. I had multiple things broken in my room upon arrival. The toilet paper holder, the sink was leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom door would lock but you could pull it right open. I got a non smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast consistent is eggs, bacon, tater tots, your choice of bagels, English muffins or toast, waffles plus coffee and juice. It was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"This was definitely the worst hotel I have ever been too. The property is is worn down, dirty, and needs a complete renovation. The hallway to our room smelled of urine. When we entered the room it had an odor of Marijuana. The sheets on the bed had cigarette burns in them and the pillow cases were stained. This place was down right disgusting. We never unpacked our things and decided to leave and continue our journey home. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
