Property was clean and in a convenient location. Staff in the office were friendly. Unfortunately there was noise from other units and a constantly barking dog. Barbecue facilities and a breakfast option would have been a bonus.

As no arrangments were made for your after hours (after midnight)arrival we understand your frustration, but a full refund was given along with an apology. Being a small family business, we do not staff our reception 24 hours and we don't promote 24 hour service. Once again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We just needed somewhere to overnight during our trip and this place was fine. The room had all the expected amenities and it was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet. There was ample parking, the Wifi was good and the property was within walking distance of multiple restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket in the main street.

Excellent stay right from check in. Owner/Operator was warm and welcoming. Room was fabulous - clean, fresh and comfortable. Kids loved the pool after a long trip and easy walkable distance to town. Will definitely stay again.

Paid $330 for one night told yo park anywhere - no empty parks, no fan in shower towel and clothing were damp whilst showering. Beds were comfortable - facilities could do with a paint

We were very annoyed about having to park our car 2 blocks away from the motel as there was no parks left at the motel room and I wasn’t the only one

Usually street parking is in close proximity to the motel. In our 18 years of service here we have not heard of the issue of having to park 2 blocks away. We are surprised to hear this. The owner lovely cannot fault her, tho I rang and wanted an early check in and she wasn’t there had to chase her down the pool area looks old leaves in pool, wifi didn’t work was told it was new system had issues stayed 3 nights with no internet with 13 and 15 boys very frustrating the cleaners didn’t wash our coffee mugs or even give us enough towels first night or top up our milk in fridge hot water tap falling off in my hand.. For the price I paid for 3 nights over $1200 dollars I would expect A very ordinary

We pride ourselves on our Service and our Rooms, with new staff sometimes things get missed and this was the case on just one of the days on your stay.
