「Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again.」

「The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating.」
