"Alway a great time at the outrigger, ac leaked in the closet and it took some doing for the management to take accountability, really disappointing as we have stayed there many times, as we checked out it turns out it’s a common problem as the AC unit sits inside the closet. No notes were made so they tried to charge for the dried cleaning bill, but the lovely lady that checked us out quickly corrected the mistake. Staff all around are truly amazing, the only hiccup came from management. "

"A messed up situation happened when we arrived but the staff went above & beyond to accommodate and make the situation way better and comfortable as we traveled very far for our family trip. Food, drinks and pool was on point. Definitely would recommend booking here. "

"The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing. "
