After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose to stay at Zermatt. "

"The physical building is lovely, with a very nice lobby which encourages people to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Loved sitting by the fireplace. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so nice. They accommodated us even though we arrived right at closing . The rooms are also very nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities you would want. Ability to easily and quickly adjust the room temperature. I would absolutely stay at this Marriott again. "
