「Room not ready at check in No TV service Staff got picture after a while then no sound was not happy」

「We only stayed for 1 night but it was a pleasant stay. Brand new hotel supper clean. Comfy bed. Quiet and nice.」

「There were signs apologizing for the ongoing renovations, but honestly we didn't see any renovations going on. Common areas did not look that nice, and our room, despite having a "non smoking room" sign on the room door, it did smell of (maybe old?) nicotine. Beds were really nice and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. For a one night stay it was fine. Location is convenient.」

「I was traveling with my cat and asked and received a ground floor room which was very handy. The room was clean and I would say recently updated. Everything I needed was available in the room and with Perkins and Denny’s right across the street it was easy to get dinner or breakfast. I didn’t hear any noise outside or in the adjoining rooms which made for a good night’s sleep. Good value for the money and I will definitely stay there again if traveling through Hazleton」

「Granted, it was very busy with all the rooms in the immediate area being snatched up by the Big Boy steam train event, but the inability to have a working phone in the room for a wake up call is unacceptable. Not everyone always has a cell phone or remembers to carry a charger with them when they travel. (or forgets and leaves it in airplane mode) A working phone in a hotel room and dependable wake up calls is not too much to ask when a guest is paying their money to stay there.」

「Be prepared to not be able to park at, or near, the hotel. Hotel has a handful of lots around downtown, but all are very small, and even though the spots should be used only by guests, they will be taken by others. Not much to be done here, as it’s just a question of very confined space in a unique location, but be aware.」
