「This is a great place on Lake Erie. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and accommodating -- she was there when we needed her but not intrusive. The room was recently remodeled, everything in perfect order and thoughtfully designed and laid out. Generous treats and coffee, even treats for the pups. Will definitely stay here again!」

「For an older property, it was very clean. The staff was very nice. Although it was a non-refundable property, we had no choice of going. we have a wedding that got canceled. It was a downer that we could not get refunded. 」

Some distant sounds of train can be heard at night. But it's not a concern to us at all. Management is definitely outstanding. We were not just provided necessary info, but also some great idea about events in the area. They even provided glassed for solar eclipse watching. I were told some facility updates...

「I stayed here as I was on a travel assignment for work(Registered Nurse). Great customer service. A lot of food options close by. I worked night shift and was able to get plenty of rest throughout the day time, no loud noises even with it being off a major road. Definitely recommend! 」

「I chose this place knowing the bad reviews and terrible conditions, expecting the worst, and it did not surprise me. It was dirty, and dilapidated. The tiles and wallpaper were falling off the walls. The owner was friendly, but the room was truly awful. He said that he didn't have my reservation, but could rent me a room he wasn't planning on renting out due to issues. Not sure whether to summate this as a good or a bad thing. Ultimately, my alternatives were 3-4x the price for a 3 star hotel,...
