Room was clean! Most staff were friendly.. we did not know this was the last weekend, before closing for winter. They had us upstairs and no elevator.so gave us another room downstairs. But the room they gave us was on the outside and our vehicle couldn't not park near the room. Another staff member saw us struggling with our suitcases to walk the 10 or so rooms down. The Manager then came to our room and said she would get us a room were we could park our vehicle in front of door. TV did not work in new room. Breakfast was served with only eggs, instant oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, Sausage, eggs, a few muffins, oranges! I asked for more eggs and we needed forks. They were out, could not find anyone at front desk, called out no one answered. One guest told me kitchen staff was sitting in their car. So I called out to her , she was moving with the music so I called loud enough so she could her me. She came out of her truck screaming at me telling me she was entitled to a break. I told her there was no one at front desk, she also said they don't make any more food. I let her know we have no forks and they had no waffles, dry cereal, muffins , toast, etc she continued screaming, and I screamed back at her. This young woman truly needed an attitude adjustment. I told the woman that got us the different room, about this staff member and she said she would deal with her. Then found out she was the staff members mother. I probably would not have stayed there if I had.

not very much offered for breakfast. The waffle machine was down had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to reset my key card because I could not get into my door.

Everything was great. The toilet was not refilling so had to jiggle the parts in the tank to get it to work. Everything else was great!

I likes the proximity to the ceder point park, during breakfast there was no staff around to refill eating utensils or supplies.

Check in was okay. Room was okay. Our room was not serviced the next day, I asked the front desk and he said they don’t service till the 3 day, but I check the description online and it say they due housekeeping “daily”. Couldn’t get extra towels due to the front desk not having access to housekeeping room. The smoke detector went off after my shower due to the steam, couldn’t turn off and needed to take battery out.

The room I stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable enough, but the security latch on the door was completely broken off and missing. It was obvious the door had been forced open at some point. There were a lot of bugs around the light right outside the room, and many got inside when we entered. There was no fitness room, just a room with a bunch of paint cans. There were two waffle makers for breakfast, but both were broken.

Good enough for the night

Felt clean, just very old and dated. Pillows were decent but the bed wasn't very comfortable. But for the price it was good for the night. The 2 waffle makers were down for breakfast.
