「It is fine, but I don’t think it is a 3 stars hotel」

「Great breakfast! Lots of choices and fruit!」

「The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!」

「设备很新，有室内游泳池，大堂长期准备咖啡，入住还有小礼物，很贴心。床具很舒适，虽然房间有些小，但是整体还不错。停车很方便，周边有Aldi 等超市，距离机场很近。唯一不理想就是没有人打扫房间的卫生。」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「Arrived late and assigned us a room which had a very loud noise unable to sleep. Had to work a while for staff to assign us a new room. Finally got a new room not as nice as first room. Finally had a good night’s sleep good beds. Breakfast in the morning was OK. Overall I would give the hotel an average score. Night staff were helpful in solving the problem as hotel was all booked. Place was clean.」

「Whole place is dated. Room was old, and "patched up" in several places. They didn't replace towels or clean the room the whole week. We asked for housekeeping service and they came and only made the bed, and gave us a few towels. They didn't clean the bathroom, or even empty the garbage cans. The breakfast bar had no proteins, only cereals and breads. The hot tub did not get hot, and most evenings the pool and hot tub were closed well before the posted closing time. We were in town to...

「The bathroom was not clean. There was only one cup in the room for use and it was open. The second bed had not been changed; it had something on the sheets that looked like dried up snot on it. Makes you wonder where else the staff is coming up short. Breakfast was only half out and the equipment was not working. I’ll give them credit that it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I just expected to be able to have all the choices until the stopping time not before. 」
