"The first room was dirty, the tub was not clean, the water in sink did not go down, abd there was stains on the pillow, we were moved to another room, which wasn't any better but we made the best of it my using lysol, lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and the room itself. I will NOT be staying at this property in the near future. "

"Parking safe & easy. Check in quick & friendly. In & out was easy. Breakfast was limited continental but that's all I needed. The only "weird" thing was the sliding door to the bathroom. Thin wood door felt less private. Shower was clean though. Beds were comfy. TV & remote were dated in their ease of usage. Hard to find your channels with dated system & no channel listing available."

"Overall the property is really nice! It’s clean, walking distance to the mall, and quiet. My only complaint is I, as well as other patrons waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk the morning I checked out. There was no phone or bell or any way to contact whoever was supposed to be there. Staff member was nice and apologized for being absent. "

"Go a little further and stay at the rock hill one. There was a dumpster blocking half the driveway. A chain that had been across the driveway that looked like it had been run over as the poles were bent in. The woman who checked us in insisted on charging our credit card even though we had already paid on Expedia. The AC was loud and there was a ball of dark hair on the carpet when we got in the room. The woman at the front desk also told me she couldn’t find my rewards account so I had to go through extra steps to get them added "

"Breakfast was not well heated. Cold eggs and potatoes. Not a great variety of juices. Waffles were the only truly hot item. White bread, no other options. "

"Parking was great. Staff was great. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was good. Not a large selection but good. A minor complaint would be that the shower curtains don't stay stretched out since the little latch to hold the curtains in place were installed upside down instead of right side up leaving nothing to hook on to in order to hold in place."
