「Amazing breakfast, central location, plenty of free parking and comfortable rooms」

「Staff was very helpful and willing to assist you at all times. 」

「Unprofessional Management & Vehicle Damage – Zero Accountability We stayed at Clarks Inn, Dehradun, from 13th–14th June, and our experience ended in complete disappointment. During checkout, we discovered that the hotel staff had scratched our brand-new car against a wall. When we hand your keys over to valet/hotel staff, the hotel takes on the responsibility for its safety at the time of checkout but they bang it on the wall. 「Great convenient location & a clean well maintained hotel with pleasant staff. Easy to get public transport; excellent hot water; vibrant common room」

「Staff not trained. We had to keep calling for fresh towels, toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom. 」

「Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff courteous, and - most importantly - I would stay here again. 」

「It is a beautiful cosy homely place with delicious food, super happy and courteous staff. The owner is a gem. Thank you for making the trip memorable」

「Good Property.」

「Rooms was disgusting there were flys and the small was not pleasant the room was old」

「Pathetic. We booked for 3 nights but only could stay a night. Didn’t even bother for a refund. We paid for food as well. The hotel was filthy dirty. Could not sleep as it was too noisy, staff was rude and didn’t care for anyone. Location of the hotel is bad. Rooms were stinky, bed sheets were torn and dirty. No intercom in the room. Tv was a joke, didn’t even turn on. Receptionist had an attitude she couldn’t handle. Never ever will they see me or my acquaintances. 」

「The noise from the road does not allow you to sleep. The bedsheets are not clean. You need to request for a towrl」
