「Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.」

「Excellent service provided by staff. Front desk team is very welcoming, polite. Restaurant is really great. They have variety of food and tastes excellent with less spices and the items never tasted before. They don’t have any facilities for drivers, which we felt awkward. 」

「Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. 」

「It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. We had booked two rooms and they even upgraded one of our room to higher category. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would choose comfort inn hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.」

「Very convenient for the railway station and clean and well kept. Only issue for me was the noise, which was loud and persistent throughout the night. Still very good value」

「We had checked in just before midnight as our journey was delayed.The hotel was informed and they kept our food ready in our room.This was a really nice gesture from their part.The rooms were nothing fancy..basic stuff,no electric kettle.The breakfast was great.It was made to order and was really sumptuous. Overall a good hotel for just spending the night.」
