「The stay was good but the staff was not accommodating at all. I requested an early check in multiple times and they agreed but my guest waited for 2 hours and didn’t get an early check in. They should have informed me that they won’t be able to give an early check in. 」

「Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. 」

「Unique Spanish themed hotel. Great location. Hotel offers buffet breakfast but we chose from the main menu. Breakfast food was very good. Staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely decor throughput the hotel. Would highly recommend the hotel..」
