「What a horrible experience. I booked an extra room thinking the hotel would be nice. The location was bad, toilet was broken which they didn’t fix, no hot water, the reception didn’t even respond to the request, and the room was dirty. 」

「Room was big and spacious. Reception staff were not well trained. Mostly they were not attentive, did not close conversations on their own. Room floor and furniture were old and spotty. AC was great. Bathroom supply was great. 」

「Excellent service provided by staff. Front desk team is very welcoming, polite. Restaurant is really great. They have variety of food and tastes excellent with less spices and the items never tasted before. They don’t have any facilities for drivers, which we felt awkward. 」

「Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. 」

「It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. We had booked two rooms and they even upgraded one of our room to higher category. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would choose comfort inn hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.」
