"Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was fine. The heater for the pool was broken and staff put me in the wrong room which led to a lot of confusion but other than that, the hotel was fine."

The bathroom and fridge were in poor condition, and the breakfast was also disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests."

One elevator was broken and the other was moving very slow and at one point didn't open on our floor after staying stopped for a couple minutes, it then went back to the fourth floor and that elevator ended up breaking. Only the stairs could be used. Breakfast is not good."
