「Arrived and was given literally zero direction on getting into our cabin, expectations or process of needs for the week. First night we spent the evening at Boondockz and had a freaking blast with the locals. Drinks were great and there was plenty of things for the kids 12& over to do. The rest of the week we had a heck of a time catching anyone in the office for things needed. The cabin…. There is so much potential for this cabin but man the whole place needs some TLC. I loved the cabin but...

「Nice large room, very clean. Continental breakfast was good. Friendly staff.」

「There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. 」

「Smoke Fire detector missing wiring but nothing else. Dirty washcloth left in bathroom 」

「Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. 」
