The service in the restaurant, Betts, was amazing. The check in was smooth. The accessories in the room were falling apart, i.e. trash can and tissue box holder chipping, outlets too loose to hold electric plug, usb ports not working. The worst part was the tv kept glitching while we were watching ...

Hilton Cleveland Downtown
Very clean room, polite and helpful staff, quick check-in process. Easy garage parking and optional valet services. In a good location downtown, but still far away enough from event spaces to not be too noisy at night. Have stayed here twice now when coming to Cleveland, always a good choice.
