Pet friendly and traveler friendlier

Well-maintained outside appearance of the hotel. Lobby is clean and presentable. I was greeted by a nice gentleman at the lobby desk who was happy to cater to extending my stay, moving rooms from fourth floor to first floor, helping me with exchanging cash for quarters for the washing facility, and even making my woman a glass of chocolate milk in the closed restaurant when it was discovered the little convenience store kiosk was out of chocolate milk. Made our stay great.

The facility and room was very clean. All staff that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable bathroom was great with accessible options, as we have a wheelchair user!

Price was good and the staff was great. Woke up to sugar ants all over danish in a food container left on counter. Staff changed our room. Second room was very humid for the next three days. Any piece of clothing hanging was extremelh moist. So not very pleasant.

The staff was nice. The bar was not stocked, they had only 1 beer tap working. No ice water available to guests in lobby. The manager needs work on ordering and stocking hotel amenities. I probably would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel and room were extremely clean staff extremely helpful and friendly. The biggest downfall was the sound at night. All you could hear this on my slamming their brakes.
