We had a reservation for four people, and they only provided us three pillows. Even after asking repeatedly, we never got that fourth pillow during our entire stay, as they said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel.

i paid extra so i could have a room with a kitchen and we were told they would have appliances we could request and when we did we were told there was none. i went to the store to buy my own, just to find out the stove didnt work. tried all 4 burners & none got hot. not only that, i had my baby crawling on the floor that was dirty especially around/under the beds.

That is a horrible hotel. Very smelly from the entrance to the room. I asked to give me refund and I will choose another hotel and they declined. Finally my family agreed to stay and my kid is having breathing problem for the bad smell. AC also not working. Front desk also very bad attitude person.

I cannot begin to describe how terrible this experience was. We were denied towels. We had four people in one room and two people in another room. We were given two towels per room and told that that was enough. We asked for pillows for our pullout sofa and were denied. Despite having a full kitchen. They denied us any type of cups or things to cook food in our room. This hotel advertises that they have a free breakfast but it’s just a granola bar and coffee.
