"I booked a room through a third party back in May 2025. I get a call two days before my stay (July3rd-6th) that the hotel will not be open to the public until July 21st 2025 and they will be canceling my reservation. Here it is July 11th and they are not trying to give me my refund. I even went up to the hotel on July 3rd to get something to show my reservation was cancelled and nothing. Herbert Williams (property manager) you should be ashamed. You’re not even open and have a bad review. You guys really had the nerve to ask me for a review of a hotel I couldn’t even stay at. I WANT MY MONEY. They told me the third party doesn’t know they are not open but if you book on their website, it won’t allow you. WHAT!!!"
