I did not know the property was under construction. I was also not told that there would be no breakfast- not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know to plan better.

Booked a room with a king bed for my wedding night. Hotel was under construction which wasnt a huge deal, however, upon arrival we were informed that even though we reserved a king weeks prior they did not have it available. They put us in a room with a queen bed for $20 cheaper. Annoying, but whatever. We get to the room, it is not a queen bed but a full, there is some mystery splatter all over the ceiling as well as painters tape, no mini fridge for the snacks we brought from our wedding, the toilet didnt flush properly. All in all, a hot mess. And made it much more annoying that our room had essentially been downgraded because of their screw up.

The property was 75 per cent under construction. I believe expedia should have known rhis and informed about the contruction. Our shower leaked all the time when we arrived the bathroom floor was wet. The mangner had no other room to put us in. Because the construction guys were also staying there The whole first floor was totally under construction. It should have been closed for remodlingWe were very dissappointed in our stay

Property is under complete remodel. Heavy equipment moving around, scoffolding covering entire building, construction workers hammering outside your window at 8am. Poor water temp in shower as well as poor drainage in bath. Long walk to enter hotel since front entrance is closed for construction. Mother is handicap but we couldnt psrk in handicap parking because of the construction. Bugs crawling around the floors. No hot breakfast which was a big reason we stayed there. I would suggest no one stay here until construction is complete.

The hotel was under repair and very much a complete disaster. If I would have known this I would have selected a different hotel. The staff was very courteous and welcoming.

Major hotel remodel a problem!
We were looking forward to our stay and we’re highly disappointed to receive an email the morning of the day we were to check in letting us know of limited services due to a major remodel. No elevator, no Wi-Fi, no pool, no usual breakfast (simple sack breakfast available), etc. We had to scramble and were able to find three rooms at another local hotel, but we were fortunate to get those last rooms. Obviously, the remodel has been underway for a while and it was shameful on the part of the hotel not to notify us until the day of our reservation.

Property was under construction, was not made aware at time of booking. Elevators were out of service, had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. The place was filthy and looked like an abandoned hotel.

The property is undergoing major renovations and none of the advertised amenities were available, including Wi-Fi. This should be advertised up front before allowing people to book a room, rather than finding out when you go to check in and it’s too late to find an alternative place to stay. Also, charging $150 a night when none of the advertised amenities are available is shameful. Either close until the renovation is complete or tell people in advance and charge a fair price. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave me the option to cancel for a full refund. However, with it being Labor Day weekend, everything else around was booked. The room was clean but definitely in need of the overhaul. The air conditioner smelled terribly like mildew and was really noisy. If you’re thinking about staying here, I would definitely call them before booking to see what condition the property is in.

Worst hotel experience ever
There was NO notification that this facility was under a complete renovation. No amenities were offered or open. This included, a swimming, pool, fitness, gym, morning breakfast, the rooms smelt of dust and dirt. The air conditioners were filthy. The hairdryer actually blew up the next morning. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in this one several times, but not being notified of the construction in order to allow me and my son or both asthmatic to change. Hotels was a joke we were unable to cancel because we went through hotels.com.

Our room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Hallways were clean, but this facility is under MAJOR remodeling. I mean, major. Pool is out of service. There was breakfast but it was all pre-cooked, pre-packed. It was not buffet because of the remodeling. We always bring our own food so that was not a big deal for us. The wifi was confusing and we could not log into it without a popup saying we might be charged $4.95. We didnt know if that was a daily rate, or what, so we didnt use it. Everything that was not under construction was neat and clean and our room was cool (100 temps outside). I feel like the staff were really working hard to make up for the modeling. They were always very generous if we needed extra washclothes, etc. Once renovations are done, we will definitely try them again. The staff were all very kind and helpful. If just adults are traveling, even with the remodeling going on, it would be an ok place to stay, but might be a little difficult for families with little kids with no pool, and construction equipment around a good portion of the outside of hotel. They did discount our room, without us even asking, which I thought was very nice of them. It's a quiet, safe location just a,minute or so from stores. Im not saying not to stay here, but just be aware of the remodeling.

It was unclear when we made reservations that the facility is under construction. The room was fine. The wifi was not working. The lobby wasn't even accessible. Just unclear on hotels listing.

Under Renovations
The hotel is under MAJOR renovation. No Wifi, no pool, no gym, laughable breakfast. Shouldn't have come here. Hotel.com should have given us a heads up. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn and Hotel.com. There is a Holiday Inn Express a quarter mile down the road. Wish I had known that when we saw the place.

This hotel took money that should have never been taken from my bank account. Took every penny I had. When confronted the desk clerk acted as if he had no common sense. Manager would not answer the phone. I get money to get back to OKLAHOMA without getting my money back. I have yet to get my money back. Check my account again and they are continuing to charge my charge!! I did not even book my room through them.. I booked through a 3rd party so they should have never charged my card for nothing more than a deposit in which I did not get back either!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hello, I reviewed your reservations and you prepaid thru expedia. Your reservations both were closed on July 16, there is no possible way we could charge your card with a closed reservation.Also the charges that may be reflecting on your bank account are incidentals, these are pending transactions that are not included in your pre payment with expedia. After reviewing your reservation's, only the virtual card was charged for room and tax I have emailed you both receipts that show your card has a zero balance, unfortunately if you'd like a statement with room and tax you'd have to contact expedia. I know third party bookings can be confusing however we did not charge you any additional fee. Pending incidentals taken 3-5 business days to fall off. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have cause. I'll work with my team to ensure they can explain to you exactly what happen and improve for the future.

Not what we expected this time
Hotel is undergoing renovations. It would have been nice to know this at the time of booking. We arrived at the hotel just before 11 & were told that there was no wifi, no pool/hot tub, no breakfast (other than a bagged grab and go). The lady was nice as she asked if this was ok. At this point, there were not a lot of options. We have stayed at this location before and loved it. This time—not so much. The room is comfortable. Water could have been hotter. I would have just appreciated a heads up at the time of booking.

I arrived to the hotel at 1:10 am and it took until 2:00 am to get checked in and get the room key. The lady at the front desk was having problems making a room key. Not happy with the amount of time it took to get a key.

Room was dirty and smelled. I booked a king room with micro and frig and they said they didnt have king rooms set up like that. So i got a double bed. The room was used by beeople before us and they fried fish. What frustrated is hamption knew and still booked us in that room. The room.was also dirty. Food was terrible at breakfast.

Very upset that there was nothing on Expedia saying the pool was under repair and has been for quite awhile. One purpure we picked this hotel was so the grandkids could come swimming. VERY disappointed.

Great stay
Front desk gentleman was welcoming and friendly. Night shift front desk gentleman was also friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to—close enough to restaurants and entertainment without all of the traffic noise that can interfere with sleep.
