"Upon arrival, I was nervous about traveling with two children alone for the first time and staying in an unfamiliar location. The time we walked in, all my worries were gone. The staff was beyond friendly. Angel (I believe that was her name) was so pleasant, and every time we saw her (housekeeper), she asked if we needed any fresh towels or anything else.
