「They were not prepared to feed people in restaurants. Limited staff」

「Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice.」

My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. 「We checked in and had an early departure the next day. In the middle of the night someone came into our room and were as surprised as we were. When I checked out the next morning, the front desk said that we were given the wrong room and that it was noted in their system that it wasn't clean. Although the beds appeared to be made, we don't know if the room had been cleaned or not.」
