"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. "It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful"

After ferry delays late at night zero phone signal left half an hr before someone eventually answer the door to be told the hotel had a serious fire risk & waiting on an inspection the next morning
By this time it was past midnight & struggling to get alternative accommodation so had No option but to sleep across my seats leave unable to use my breathing machine
