"Good location, near the railway station"

"Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers. However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past."

"a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check out time. the staff waived my late charge after my explanation. very good!"
