"We have been staying at this hotel since 2017. We come every year and stay at only at this hotel. Close to everything. Has private beach. Staff is beyond excellent. Walking distance to everything. "

"Everything was great. Location is awesome. Rooms are OK (a little stinky!). Property is wonderful. However, part of the building collapsed (almost right on us) near the pool entrance. The only other issue we had is that of all the locations in this expansive resort, they do not let you sit on, or provide any tables to sit and eat at unless you are paying at their restaurant. If you stay for multiple days, there will be times you want to eat outside food. We tried sitting at a beach table, and got kicked out. The server told us to go eat it on the couch in the lobby. (which we did) It would be my opinion that having guests sitting in the lobby eating is not only messy, but doesn't look great for guests entering. They would be better off providing seating anywhere on the property to sit, eat and enjoy the beach. There is enough space! "

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything was a 10 out of 10. The only thing that I could possibly say for improvement is maybe an update the wall colors in the room which is not that important. Also parking was $10 a day. I’m not a fan of being charged parking. I think all hotels should be free parking but other than that this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. It was so clean and smelled so good every time I came inside. The pool was nice, and the hotel is in the perfect location."
