Informatie over de regio ontvangen in een map omdat dit niet in rekken aangeboden mocht worden. Aanvullende informatie die we vroegen werd graag gegeven. Voor ons een regelrechte aanrader.」

From the warm welcome we received to the beautiful period stylings of the chateau itself, to the delicious wine we had the opportunity to sample, we have been thoroughly spoiled! 「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」

「Estuvimos como en casa. Jean Paul es un excelente anfitrión. Habitación limpia, desayuno completo y casero. Nos dieron explicaciones de todo Carcassonne: la Cité, restaurantes, monumentos. ....Un 10. Muy muy bien.」

「Run down hotel double charged me at check out and did not respond to my emails asking for a refund. At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again. The lady promised to check with hotels.com the same day and email me. Now 3 weeks later, I still got no refund. Or any responds. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after...

「Siamo arrivati di pomeriggio alle 13:30 prima dell’orario stabilito per il check-in alle 15. La signora alla reception ci ha accolti gentilmente e si sono subito adoperati per preparare la nostra stanza. La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali ma pulite e comode. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in 5 minuti in macchina il castello.」

「Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!」
