"The resort has a good location and potential, but our stay was disappointing in several important aspects. The bedrooms felt quite dated, with some wardrobe doors hanging and in need of maintenance. The property itself is beautiful — the infrastructure is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly, the amenities are genuinely useful, and the restaurant is outstanding. "This property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for the trulli experience. The pool area and view of the neighbouring city is stunning. Room is clean. Vincenzo is a great host. We highly recommend visiting the family’s winery and olive grove. They offer many experiences which are worth exploring."

"On arrival no one advised regarding an issue with the swimming pool. We were shocked to go to it and find the pool bright green in colour. We enquired at reception and were advised the pool was being tested routinely and it was safe for guests to use. Staff advised it had been like that for 6 days and was due to grass cuttings blowing into the pool. We did not use the pool as we had safety concerns. The next day I asked to speak to the hotel Director regarding my concerns but he was not on site...
