"What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi. I think the only extra that would have been nice (although maybe they do if we had asked), is if they had wine glasses and a corker in room. And...

"Needed a convenient place near the airport and found this gem. Friendly, clean, helpful from beginning to end. Fabiola also allow for my car to be parked inside the property opening the main gate for me. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Castelli Romani."

"The room facility is good and the included breakfast is the icing on the cake. We’re really grateful for the owner to be so patient with us. She helped us booking for a taxi when the taxi App FreeNow failed us. Location-wise, it’s a bit rural, however we found the public transport is easy to use, a bus will take you to the metro station, then you can easily go anywhere from there. "Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower."

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
