Very nice property, our stay was very pleasant, the room was clean, the staff was very nice but unfortunately we did not have time to use the pool or have breakfast since we were on the go. Great location in Ciampino.

Chaira was great. We let her know we were booking a last minute room and we came in 10 mins before she was leaving and she was very sweet to us , she took our luggage up the stairs for us because there is no elevator. We were only there for 7 hours max but we had two beds which was great and what we needed. Everything was clean and it’s a cute area were you can drive and get food anywhere . They have a parking lot for free

We really enjoyed the family's environment like if we would be at our own hose. Very clean an tidy, new furniture and friendly staff. Of course being close to Ciampino is a plus, just don't get scared when planes take off.

The staff were excellent very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and serviced every day to a high standard. The train station was just a short walk away, easy to use and extremely cheap…saved a fortune by not using uber. The breakfast was very basic and not that appetising and cost too much. The noise from the nearby airport was a bit annoying. Not a lot in the area but did find a couple of lovely restaurants.

Base for rome

Lovely small hotel. Fridge in room and good AC. Could hear the planes every now and again but didn’t bother us. Friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Only thing would be that the bathroom could do with an update and shower had limescale build up but was clean enough. Easy check in and check out. Location good, we traveled daily into Rome from Casabianca station, 5 minute walk and 15-20 minute ride and fairly frequent, easy to see times and book via Trainline. Overall very comfortable stay and a great base for Rome!

We stayed for one night before flying back home. Hotel was neat and very clean. Both ladies staffing the desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is almost next door to a park with a Roman Road. Too bad we were running late for our flight!

Pros: clean rooms. Very good breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Beautiful grounds around the property. Cons: The beds were old and uncomfortable. No exhaust fan, hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Very noisy from the near by airport.

A Quick Comfortable Stay

The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. Last of all the staff are very nice and attentive. I was on a business trip and took taxis to a clients and then onto Rome and back to the hotel. I found it easy to travel in this way as the hotel is roughly 30 minutes away from the Colosseum which I think oils say is a good place to start a sight seeing tour.

Property gave clear and helpful instructions for self check in as we arrived late at night. Rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area nicely maintained. Good location for catching the train in to Rome each day. Overall very good value for money.

Great place!

A lovely b&b that is actually more of a b&b villa! Newly refurbished or in a great condition, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, 4 min drive from the airport and close to several restaurants, shops and Rome. We loved access to the outdoor swimming pool and despite loud airplanes once in a while, we have really enjoyed our stay! The service was also professional and friendly! Well done and thank you!
