Seasonal pool which we were aware off . Great to have kettle and coffee maker in room but surprised there was a charge to make a cup of tea and no fresh milk so we didn’t Excellent scrambled eggs at breakfast and nice change to have decent cakes rather than bargain basement ones

Stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding everything made fresh daily. Rooms clean daily. Was able to visit almost every major city in Italy from here/ very centralized. Super safe it’s gated and host gives you your own keyfob for entry/exit. Above all the hosts were amazing and super kind. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Def recommend staying here vs closer to the city and cannot beat their prices! Loved our stay here.

Great service and super breakfast.

We were offeret great service and the breakfast the best so far. A bit disappointed that the pool was not yet open. Coming from the northern part of Europe we thought the wether was great and “pool-lish”😘 Though we easily could drive to the beach nearby. Charming house and building. The garden lovely. 🙏

What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi. I think the only extra that would have been nice (although maybe they do if we had asked), is if they had wine glasses and a corker in room. And just because we were from further away with more/bigger luggage, a Luggage rack in the room would have been handy. Although there a lot of space in the closet to unpack also :) The pool is very nice to relax at after a day of sight-seeing although pool towels would have been nice to have available as we didnt want to take the toom towels there. The room was lovely and very clean. Overall, a super spot. We would definitely return.

Chambre propre, déco sympa. jardin à couper le souffle. personnel agréable; à l’écoute, fait de son possible pour satisfaire le client, trouve toujours une solution. propose de bons restaurants dans le coin. ne manque de rien dans l’hôtel; briquets pour fumeurs à disposition ainsi que coins fumeurs, de quoi se doucher, sèche-cheveux à disposition également, essuies de bain, gel douche et shampoing en sachets, cotons,… emplacement avec parking, vous savez sortir et rentrer sans restrictions

Questo B&B è un gioiello. La struttura è moderna e ben curata. Lo staff è cortese, diaponibile e attento ai dettagli, infatti l'ambiente è sempre in ordine e pulito. I servizi sono ottimi, incl parcheggio nella struttura stessa, connessione internet veloce e Sky nella living room comune e in camera. Overall I like it

Beautiful place, nice rooms and pool. The tenant is very polite and kind. Was a bit difficult to find, would of loved to have more exchanged between the owner and us, they are very quiet and in there section. Breakfast was okay but need more then one coffee in the morning.
