「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「我在這裏，住了3日2夜，地方乾淨，而且近購物地方，可以共用厨房，大廳，方便，分別幾家人入住， 不過可惜房間太細，比較狹窄，無電視機!」

「有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！」

「Very dog friendly stay, dog allowed everywhere. Excellent crockery pitch across the small bridge for dog exercise and poo bin by entrance to hotel. Breakfast was great, though no cereal which was odd. Rooms well equipped, kettle and nespresso coffee maker, plus both still and sparkling water with fresh milk in the pantry (where there are also top ups of tea, coffee and water plus ice). Second time here and we'll be back again」

「It's a scam on Expedia!!! The Bear Inn exists, but you need to book through their website. We booked through Expedia and theses were scammers - the Inn hadn't heard of us and thought very sad for us and trying to help us, we needed to find new rooms for the night....AVOID!!!!」

「Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.」

「Disappointing stay raised with the manager but no meaningful resolution. The staff were friendly and the room had some positives, including clean linen, a good-sized TV and convenient parking, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. There was thick dust on ledges and surfaces, smeared glass, sticky breakfast tables, dusty artificial plants and noticeable limescale in the bathroom. The extractor fan did not work,...

「I like the location being not right in a town but a short distance of drive from places such as Bibury and Cirencester. The room is on the small side but sufficient for our purpose. 「Well positioned a short way up a small hill. Nice tasty meals. However the outside of the shower tray needed a deep clean and our room only had a skylight window which resulted in it being very warm, even at night, in the high temperatures.」

「Lovely hotel but very little to do. With all guests spending time at the spa there was no beds by the pool. Food was delicious but overall the experience was too expensive compared to its value.」
