"The location of the property was good. Just a short walk away from trams, restaurants, bars, and museums. We purposely booked this hotel because of the a/c, but when we arrived, the a/c in the room wasn't working and they had a portable a/c unit in the room that had to be vented to the outside, meaning the double door window had to be open all the time, so the room was humid and loud. They didn't make up our room, and since the staff is there during limited hours, we had to call someone and beg for clean towels, water and coffee, which they did bring, but didn't bring water or clean cups. We had a very early flight, and at 5am, there was no hot water, and again, no one there to ask about it. Overall, the place was ok, just disappointing when you pay extra for a nicer room and it wasn't a good experience. It does look better in the photos, but the room was large, and shower was big with decent water pressure. Nice to have the fridge with water, and the Nespresso machine."
