"We didn't stay . After arrival we were told the hotel was completely booked. "

"The staff was unhelpful claiming she was new, the first room they sent us to didnt open with key, so she sent us to a different room which smelled like paint thinner so bad we couldn't breath. When we went to talk to front desk another guest cornered and threatened my mother and said nasty obscene things to her then when she said get away she was going to call the police he called her nasty names. The person working the desk showed no concern and wasnt willing to rectify things, so we refused to stay in a place unsafe. And left immediately."

"Our room and beds were clean. It’s an older building and a little dated but could not have asked for friendlier staff! I would stay again."

"The rooms are old and dated. The beds are very small and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom still had toothpaste and hair from previous person that occupied the room. It smelled awful. Luckily I brought shampoo and soap because none was provided. Will definitely not stay again. The front desk staff were extremely nice! "

"My room wasn’t ready at 11am and had to come back at 3. My reservation wasn’t in the system and had me scheduled for less days than I paid for. A few days before it was time to check out asking me to pay again. The alarm went off at least 2 a day and the middle of the night. My refrigerator didn’t work so my food went bad, found a bed bug on my wall. One my first night. A staff walked in my room because they don’t even have my room updated from vacancy. "

"The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent."
