"Nice laid-back place to stay, with cute funky artwork, a nice pool area, mini-gym. Free breakfast was nice. Just off I-10 so easy to get to. I would stay there again."

"This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left on the vanity. Smells like a mix of marijuana,, and baby diaper. I wish I could explain the smell from the pool. Maybe rotten suntan lotion?"

"Clean. Limited cable channels (long term issue with provider). Next to convention center. Elect for housekeeping so as not to confuse their schedule and then use the do not disturb magnet when desired. "

"I have never stayed at your hotel before and i dont travel vert often. I would stay again. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. I didnt understand that rooms are only cleaned on request. Other places ive stayed clean and restock dailey. I would have appreciated the cleaning to be explained at check in. I had a 3 day stay ..2 adults.. we ran out of toilet tissue..wash cloths and towels. Trash was full by end of stay and we were taking it outside to the bin. If rooms arent going to be cleaned dailey ..they should be significantly stocked for the length of the stay. One shower a day.. when its 103 and we were running around in the desert on foot..doesnt cut it. 6 wash cloths and towel would have been appropriate...and extra TP. It can sit on the shelf if not needed. I did like the hotel and staff was friendly"

"The front desk clerk that checked us in was the best. Tax rate for the state of Tuscan went up, & the amount had to be corrected by Hotels.com, the whole time he was patient & helpful. Later that night, we were struggling to get into the pool area, & the associate at the front desk was very friendly & helpful also. But what ANNOYED me the most, is that check out time was 11 am, at 9:30 am a housekeeper knocked & immediately opened the door, during a very intimate moment with me & my spouse, very disrespectful. Bad enough the door wasn't sealed correctly so it made it easy for her to open it. I have never encountered that with any other hotel.......as a previous employee of a hotel, housekeeping would receive a list of who checked out, I suggest your location does that to keep from walking in on someone else. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS REASON! PRIVACY IS A MUST ESPECIALLY WHEN THE DO NO DISTURB SIGN WAS ON THE DOOR."

"Clean room, Nice staff, Air conditioning, parking. Decent little room. Sketch neighborhood but anything under $150 a night in Tucson is in a sketch neighborhood. Loved that there was a handheld steamer in my room. I was going to wet my pants and blow dry them but the steamer was way better. My hand soap dispenser could have had mor soap in it and my room key was only activated for one night so in a hundred degree heat I had to go the office and get my stay extended. The mini frdge in the room is great. The shower is low, low flow. It was a decent basic room. "
