Aside from the gate no being opened When returning back to the property. And having to wait for the front desk to do so. 3 times ive either had to go inside and asked to open and another was going inside and seeing the lady jist sitting the not checking to see if renter have gone through

Shower was a lil messed up curtain ripped and handle coming off leaking water HOWEVER NO BUG NO ROACHS ROOM WAS CLEAN ! TV kinda didn't work but over all this is an ok place to land if u have close to nothing and need a place to stay for the night neighbors a lil noisy but no fighting and violence at all security walks around at night

I hate to say it but the place is reeeeally ghetto. Homeless people everywhere, very run down, room had dirty walls and light fixtures, smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, shower curtain rod barely hanging on the wall, only given one towel which was dirty or stained, had to ask for more towels which were also stained, room had a weird smell, someone tagged on the vent in the bathroom, the lock on the front door had been replaced but they didn’t bother to patch or paint over the previous holes from the old lock (saw that in a previous review and still hasn’t been addressed), bed was fine but we were scared to sleep under the sheet given the condition of the rest of the room but surprisingly it was clean and somewhat comfortable, felt very unsafe there even though it is gated, no security, sketchy people living there, a couple more sketchy people hanging around outside the gate at night waiting to walk in behind cars, blurry tv, and the ac unit looks broken but luckily worked. Bottom line that place needs a major overhaul or needs to be shut down. I understand you get what you pay for but come on. You want your customers to be happy, comfortable, and feel safe. Seeing the homeless people bunched up outside the lobby and lobby workers behind glass should’ve been the first red flag to tell me something wasn’t right. Will definitely spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Room 136 they gave for the first night - floor tiles had many gaps, light switch by the door did not turn any light, dead bolt on the main door had been taken out, entire bathroom door missing, flies in the bathroom door mirror, no towels were supplied, shower curtains won't fully close. Staff was good. I asked for a different room for the second night, and they gave me Room 160. It did not have those problems, except the wash basin faucet was difficult to operate. For the inconvenience I had to sustain in Room 136 on the first night, I think I should refund at least a 50% of the appx $80 I paid them that night.

The room has been neglected, possibly for years. The drapery over the ground level window had been torn apart at one end so it was unable to cover the entire window and there was molding that had been ripped off of the bathroom doorway.There were no towels in the room, no toilet paper, no tissues, no cups, no face towels or wash cloths,no waste basket, no towels bars or hooks anywhere. OK bed was crammed into a corner and we had to pull it out to be able to access both sides. 2 hangers on the closet bar. The TV had cable TV if you were willing to look at a fuzzy screen on every channel. Bathroom electrical outlet did not function. the spread was as thin as the sheets, with no blanket at all. It was in a very loud location and many of the clientele were also loud. The ice machine was broken the check in was through a bulletproof glass window, similar to what you would do at a bank. It took us awhile to get the heater to work and the place was not very clean. By going to the office/pulletproof window, we were able to get a roll of toilet paper and bath towels. When we asked for a blanket we were told that they had none. It goes without saying that there was no coffee pot microwave or fridge. Ironically they were sold out every night we were there, probably because the gem show was in town.
