The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. It was 75 degrees in my rooms and when I asked to be moved to a different room those AC units didn’t work either. I tried three rooms before I finally checked out and asked to be refunded.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter
The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend.
