Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. 「Wonderful staff and great restaurant. Our rooms were on the top floor with a lake view and was traditional in style but very clean and in good condition. Restaurant prioritised hotel guests and gave a discount. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal so is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go.
