「Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under...

「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」

「Great staff, very welcoming and attentive, they answer any concerns. Room and bathroom very clean. Room with safe and fridge. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot and healthy options. Coffee was good and fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Property in front of a bus stop, so we went to city center, to Arco and visit Trento. We also used the restaurant and has good service and good food. 」

「Wonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! 」

「Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. 」
