Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Rooms very modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the biggest choice I have ever seen - fit for a King! Staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is on site and area is safe. Lovely mountain views」

「We spent a week in this lovely hotel. I have travelled a lot and I rarely see so friendly staff that was in La Fiorita. Everything work like a well oiled motor. Mamma (the owner) was great and even fixed us own little breakfast area cause we were travelling with a dog. We will definitely stay again in this lovely hotel.」

「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」
